RADA Festival

A series of new RADA Festival commissions in association with HOME, Manchester.

We are delighted that RADA Festival is a commissioning partner for HOME's online project Homemakers.

Homemakers is an initiative inviting artists to create new works at home, for an audience who are also at home challenging the definition of 'live performance'.

The RADA Festival is a vibrant annual event that nurtures artists' development and provides a platform for emerging and established work. Usually hosted at RADA over 10 days in June and July, the Festival supports and celebrates the variety of work our graduates create as they form new collaborations, explore different creative practices and develop innovative ideas in theatre-making.

For the ninth edition we are pleased to be developing six new pieces from a cross-section of graduates we have worked with creatively including graduates who have featured throughout previous RADA Festivals.

We have asked them to take a creative leap and imagine new possibilities within the parameters of lockdown.

Productions are Pay What You Can starting from £0 with a suggested price of £5 and are available until December on HOME's website.
