Reny Morsch, who is currently training on RADA's Postgraduate Diploma in Theatre Costume, has been featured in the Financial Times in an ongoing series, Meet the Career Changers.

Reny moved into costume-making and began her studies at RADA following a 30-year career in finance, working as a trader in Frankfurt and then London. She has now transformed her passion into a future career and is currently in her second year on the specialist postgraduate course, which gives students all the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a successful career in costume making and wardrobe supervision.

The series of interviews in the Financial Times tracks five different people who are making a mid-life career switch, and also includes people pursuing new careers in coding, law, marketing consultancy and setting up their own business. You can follow all their stories, including Reny's on the Financial Times and on their website.

You can also hear from Reny, alongside RADA's Head of Costume Diane Favell, about her experiences of the career change, what the course is like, and prospects for mature students in a Financial Times podcast here.
