Caroline Spicer

Caroline is a History graduate from Exeter University and a qualified accountant gaining her qualifications in industry (Guinness and Shell). Her career has been in business consultancy running significant projects and advising on the transformation of organisations, becoming a Coopers & Lybrand Partner in 1996 and a Vice President with IBM in 2005. She has served on the Audit Committee of Metropolitan (Housing Partnership), and as a Non-Executive with the NHS in the Isle of Wight. She is Vice Chair of Richmond Community Voluntary Services and has been Chair of the children’s charity Partnership for Children. She is an experienced coach and mentor, most recently working with senior women for EWOB (European Women on Boards).
