Graduates and staff nominated at the WhatsOnStage Awards
Six RADA graduates have been nominated at this year's WhatsOnStage Awards, which are currently open for public voting.
Following her recent win at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards, Sophie Okonedo is nominated for another award for her performance as Cleopatra at the National Theatre, in the category of Best Actress in a Play. She is joined by Patsy Ferran, who is nominated for the same award for her role in Summer and Smoke, currently playing in the West End.
Kyle Soller has another nomination for Best Actor in a Play for his performance as Eric Glass in the critically-acclaimed The Inheritance, while Jamael Westman is shortlisted for Best Actor in a Musical for his lead performance in Hamilton.
Two graduates are nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Play: Adetomiwa Edun for his role in Translations at the National Theatre, and Chris Walley for his West End debut in The Lieutenant of Inishmore.
Also nominated is Nina Dunn, our joint Head of Digital and Video Design, who is in the running for Best Video Design for her work on The Assassination of Katie Hopkins.
