Salary Range: £26,314 - £29,999 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours
Contract type: Maternity Cover 9 months FTC (Likely to be extended if required)
The Role:
We are looking at recruiting two course coordinators to cover two maternity leaves within the Student and Academic Services team. One post would primarily support the BA Acting and MA Playwriting Course and the other the Technical Courses and MA Theatre Lab.
The Course Coordinators are responsible for day-to-day administration of their assigned courses.
You will be the first point of contact for students and staff on these courses. Working closely with the HE Courses Manager and the other course coordinator you will be involved in course organisation, record-keeping, assessment processes and timetabling as well as supporting students with their enquires.
The successful candidate will have an excellent standard of written English, be numerate, with good Microsoft Office skills and experience of handling a busy workload. We also need someone who can relate with confidence to staff and students across the institution.
This post would suit someone interested in pursuing a career in administration within an arts training or higher education environment. We are looking for an effective administrator who has a passion for the arts and would like to help the next generation in their learning.

Student and Academic Services team covers everything from admissions, course administration, student funding to student wellbeing. We are a small dynamic team who work to create a positive student experience.
